Features of water cooled scroll chiller and heat pump

The water cooled scroll chiller and heat pump utilizes a scroll type compressor and clients can purchase 1 to 4 compressors depending on the size and purpose of their buildings. The equipment also features a shell and tube type condenser, evaporator, and control system.

1. Compressor:
The scroll type compressor features excellent liquid impact resistance. By installing the oil heating equipment, the water cooled scroll chiller and heat pump breakdown due to incomplete oil and fluorine separation is eliminated.

2. Evaporator:
(1) The shell and tube type evaporator is equipped with an inner grooved copper tube for higher heat exchange efficiency.

3. Condenser:
(1) Condenser is shell and tube type. It features a single or multiple loop design.
(2) The manufacturing and testing of the steel shell both meet JB/T4750-2003 'Pressure Vessel for Refrigeration Equipment' standards.

4. Control system:
The distribution control cabinet is composed of compressor starting equipment, a power protector and a micro-computerized controller. The micro-computerized controller can run stably and safely under a temperature range of -15℃ to 65℃. It is equipped with a RS-232 and RS-485 standard communication interface. It can receive a remote signal for starting up and shutting down.

5. Control methods:
(1) The main engine of the water chiller is controlled based on the temperature of the return cold water or outflow.
(2) When the load reaches the set value, the machine will automatically stop. It can automatically start as well.
(3) The machine is equipped with an LCD display screen.
(4) The temperature of the inflow and outflow can be displayed and set. The running state and running time of the compressor can be controlled.
(5) Remote start and stop function.
